Overview
A dispatch team was running its day across three spreadsheets and a chat channel. Vantage replaces that with one screen: live status, the queue, and the handful of actions an operator actually takes, with everything else out of the way.
The challenge
Operations screens get used for eight hours straight, so density matters more than decoration, and a wrong click has real consequences. Roles differ sharply too: a dispatcher, a supervisor and a finance user need the same data with very different permissions.
What we built
A permission model enforced on the server and mirrored in the UI, so a user never sees an action they cannot take. Live updates arrive over a socket and land without moving what someone is reading. Destructive actions are confirmable and reversible.
